Sidoli

Making Ice Cream as it should be since 1922

The company was founded by Bededetto ‘Ben’ Sidoli in 1922 who travelled from Bardi in Italy to Cwm where he began selling the lemon soft drink sarsaparilla, as well as coffee and tea to the miners at the local colliery. Soon they opened a small café in Cwm selling traditional Italian vanilla ice cream.

Now, the family-run company based in Ebbw Vale produce 45 different flavours of their multi-award-winning ice cream.

A locally sourced, award-winning supplier of ice cream which takes great pride when selecting exactly what goes into their ice cream. They only use ingredients of exceptionally high quality, when you pair this with their passion and expertise the result is a premium dairy ice cream with a unique unrivalled taste.
