The Parc Bryn Bach Aquathlon series is organised by Newport and East Wales Triathlon and provides fast flat racing as well as an introduction to open water and multi-discipline events, in a fun and friendly environment.

Each race consists of a 750m swim in the lake followed by a 5km run (two laps of the track around the lake).

The swim is supported by a water safety team and the whole event is managed by the helpful, cheerful group of NEWTs volunteers.

• Race Starts at 7.00pm

• Registration between 5.30pm - 6.30pm in the Visitor Centre.

Entry fee is £25 per race.

Please note that wetsuits are mandatory.
