Celebrate World Heart Day with North Gwent Cardiac Rehabilitation and Aftercare Charity and join them for their sponsored walk and family fun event at Parc Bryn Bach.

The family-friendly walk route will take you around the lake on a 2km loop. You can choose to do either one, two or three circuits (so 2km, 4km or 6km in total), and along the way you’ll find a heart-themed quiz trail for the kids.

Children taking part in the quiz (£4 each if unsponsored) will receive a prize and glitter face painting.

Tickets for the Love Your Heart Prize Draw will be available to purchase throughout the morning at Parc Bryn Bach, they are £1 each and there are a fantastic array of prizes to be won, the list of prizes can be viewed here.
