Hosted by the Welsh Triathlon team, and supported by volunteers from the triathlon community, GO TRI are delivering a day of activity at Parc Bryn Bach to showcase some of the entry level, inclusive, programmes they facilitate for the people of Wales.

There will be 3 events through the day:

• Open Water Swim for ages 18+ from 9am - 10.30am

• Tri-Active Cymru Session for ages 8-14 from 10am - 12pm which involves a run/cycle/run

• GO TRI Aquathlon for ages 15-17 and 18+ which includes a 300m swim in the lake and 2.5km run around the lakeside path

Please note that car park 2 (near the main gate) will be closed to the public from 8am - 3pm for this event. All other park facilities will remain open as normal.
