Introduction to Stand up Paddle Boarding

At Parc Bryn Bach we want you to experience the latest sport that’s becoming increasingly popular. Stand up Paddle Boarding also known as SUP as well as being a relaxing and fun activity will also give you a great core workout and improve your fitness levels.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding Coastal Trips

These courses are available to people who have completed the Introduction to Paddle Boarding Course and wish to take SUP to the next level. Daily coastal tours will take place along the Gower Coastline or if you prefer you can take part in a weekend course along the Pembrokeshire Coast.

Prerequisites: Completed the Introduction to Paddle Boarding Course

Location: Gower and Pembrokeshire

Duration: 2 Days
Coastal tour dates below will be subject to change due to weather and swell conditions. If conditions are not suitable then alternative dates will be offered. One day courses are located on the Gower and two day courses are located along the Pembrokeshire coast.

Maximum Group Size: 8

Age: 14 plus

Cost: £120 per person for 2 days (plus camping fees)
