Nature Isn’t Neat

Are you ready to be inspired by nature?

A new artwork has been developed as part of the Nature Isn't Neat project, with the local community designing and building the mosaic artwork with artist Stephanie Roberts which depicts and celebrates the Ragged Robin and Marmalade Hoverfly.

We're delighted that we now have even more inspiration at the park!  As a local nature reserve, recognising and raising awareness of the importance of biodiversity is central to the park's longevity and this artwork will help to raise awareness of the decline of pollinators.

The artwork is located near the sensory garden where visitors can sit and become inspired by nature and the amazing natural world that surrounds them.

This community art project is supported by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: Europe Investing in Rural Areas and is funded by the Welsh Government’s Enabling of Natural Resources and Well-being Grant.
