Set within our visitor centre the park hosts a 35-bed bunkhouse; split across nine rooms, over two floor and includes accessible rooms suitable for all abilities.  All families and groups have access to our newly refurbished dining area where panoramic views of our beautiful lakeside setting can be enjoyed.

The bunkhouse has been furnished to quality standards to ensure your stay is very comfortable.

Activities for schools and groups

Tailored to your outcomes

We support schools, youth groups and corporate groups, and run fun, engaging programmes which are bespoke to your requirements and tailored to meet the needs and duration of your stay.   Each programme has its own course co-ordinator and your learning or activity objectives are discussed and agreed before your course begins.  Each course is run at the park or off-site, dependent on your requirements, including bush craft, round robins or group activities on offer.  All activities are led by qualified and experienced instructors.

We welcome groups who wish to take advantage of our activities or those who simply wish to experience the joy and beauty of the park itself.

The bunkhouse can be booked by groups (minimum 3-room booking) for weekends (Friday-Sunday), and weekdays (Monday-Thursday).

We take security seriously and each visitor booking their visit.  Our gates are closed at night and access information will be provided on arrival for visitors to enter and leave at their convenience.  We have overnight security at the park for additional peace of mind.
