Parc Bryn Bach is the ideal location for some family fun throughout the summer holidays.

In addition to our usual popular attractions of the children’s play area, mini golf course, driving range and beautiful walking trails, we also have a weekly programme of fun filled adventure activities for children of all ages as well as some introductory courses for adults.

Each day between 12pm - 5pm we have Cave & Climb activities available for children, which includes exploring our caving container and a trip up our climbing wall. No booking is required for these activities, and the cost is £3.50 for one activity or £7 for two. We also have Paddlesport Hire available, allowing visitors of all ages to explore the lake either on a sit-on-top kayak, canoe or SUP board.

Weekly adventure activities are also available - although each require pre-booking as spaces are limited:

• Archery Tag - A fun filled combination of paintball, laser tag, dodgeball and archery. Suitable for ages 8+

• Activity Days - Join us for a mixture of adventure activities on land and water. Suitable for ages 8 - 14 years

• Bush Craft Sessions - Go on an adventure with us and learn all about shelter building and camp fire crafts. Suitable for ages 6+

• Canoe, Kayak & Paddlesport Taster Sessions - Learn all the basics of how to steer and manoeuvre a canoe, kayak or SUP board. Suitable for ages 8+

• Gorge Walking - Explore with us as we climb, jump and slide through a selection of amazing Welsh waterfalls. Suitable for ages 8+

• Hill Walking Days - Explore some of Wales’ most stunning National Parks with us and learn a range of hill skills. Suitable for ages 16+

• Mountain Bike Taster Session - Join us for an exhilarating mountain bike adventure, building skills as you ride. Suitable for ages 13+

• Raft Building Challenge - A fantastic team activity where you'll learn how to build a raft that can take you across the lake. Suitable for ages 8+

• Tiki SUP - Explore the lake on one of our group stand-up paddle boards with your friends. Suitable for ages 8+

In addition to these session we also have a brand new weekly Climbing Club for children aged 6 - 14 years that will teach them all the basics of climbing – including an understanding of the equipment and clothing, knot tying, climbing techniques, communication plus much more.  The course is designed to achieve NICAS Level 1 Certification.

For those wanting to learn the basics of stand up paddleboarding, we also have a selection of Intro to SUP courses for people aged 14+. The sessions all take place on the lake at Parc Bryn Bach and we have women only, men only and mixed sessions available.
