Pacer Event with Parc Bryn Bach Running Club

Saturday 28 September 9am - 12pm

If you are looking for that ever elusive PB then this is the event for you! Members of Parc Bryn Bach Running Club have offered their services and will be running specific times at parkrun to help you get that time you are aiming for! HOW DOES IT WORK? The pacers will be wearing bibs and running specific times / paces. They won't be running with you, but will be running a steady pace to finish at the time their bib specifies. You just need to keep with, in front, or just behind the pacer of the time you have in mind. WHAT DOES THE RUNNER DO? Even simpler! Just run with the person who is pacing to your time. They'll do their very best to get round the course in that time, or ever so slightly faster, and hopefully get you a shiny new PB!
